The Alternative Landscapes was inspired by learning to use multiple mediums and include treasures.  Alternative Landscapes may include resin, mica, encaustic, acrylic, water soluble oils, ink tense, mono prints, embedded treasures, and collage.

This collection was also inspired by classes with two fabulous friends, artists and mentors (Kimberly Adams and Monika Johnson).  Learning to use unique and different tools.  From fingers, pallet knifes, the back of your hand, key cards, the end of a color tube or squeegee’s this has been an immense amount of fun and fulfilling.
